Our Kitchen team produce excellent home cooked food using local produce and are happy to cater for any individual requirements.  Ancillary staff include the domestic assistants, laundry and kitchen assistants and handyman.  All staff attend mandatory training and many in-house training sessions. Richmond employs 42 staff both full-time and part-time and prides itself on being an excellent employer.  This was acknowledged in May 2013 when Richmond Nursing Home received the Investors in People Silver Award – a significant achievement.
